Our Journey in seafood farming began at Kohot Village, Sepatan, Pakuhaji, Tangerang West Java Indonesia in 1962, when The Tjoa Family established the first ponds by hand on 40 Hectares of land, starting with two kinds of seafood such as milkfish and shrimp. Over the decades through dedication, hard work, and deep respect for the environment, our farm expanded and flourished from 40 Hectares to 70 Hectares of ponds's seafood and starting to cultivation more varian of fish such Red Snapper, Milkfish, Skipjack, Mackerel, Pomfret, Parrot Fish, Layur Fish, Grouper Fish, Squid, Crabs, Rajungan (small crabs), Shrimp, Pangas Catfish, Tilapia, Carb (gurame), Blood Clam (kerang dara), Lobster etc. This growth would not have been possible without the support of our regional loyal customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, fish cartels for export, distributor and traditional markets as well.
In 2015 we had a new chapter with collaboration of the Saung Naga Foundation that was rooted in the shared value of community development and commitment to preserving the environment. The foundation, known for its works promoting sustainable aquaculture and supporting local communities, brought a wealth of knowledge and resources that greatly benefit our operations. The partnership with the Saung Naga Foundation was not just a strategic alliance, it was continuation of The Tjoa's Family Legacy. The foundation mission aligned perfectly with the principles that had guided our family for generations.
Since 1962 Tjoa's Family has been doing trading seafood for regional customers, today in 2024 we are proud to announce that we started establish our company for export PT INDO SINGA SEAFOOD, we have been building our huge cold storage with HACCP Certification (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certification in 1000 M2 of lands, This expansion not only reflects our success but also our dedication to continuous improvement, sustainable growth to enter the global market worldwide. Our strategy includes sourcing high-quality seafood from sustainable fisheries in archipelagos Islands of Indonesia
